A collection of work based upon historical events that have taken place in my lifetime.. These are:
- The assassination of President John F. Kennedy in Dallas, Texas, in November 1963
- The Apollo 11 Moon landing in July 1969
- The 9/11 terrorist attack on the the New York Trade Center in 2001.
The fact these all took place in the United States is not a coincidence. Like many who were alive during these events, I can remember exactly where I was. So these were seminal events, but they also reflect an enduring fascination with American history. Moreover, the moon landing inspired me to study aeronautical engineering after leaving school.
